Working With Travel Advisors
At The Grand Adventure Tour Company, we work exclusively with travel advisors and registered agencies. We do not sell direct to consumers. Every guest travels with us through a professional advisor.
Our programs are designed to support the advisor–client relationship, generate new opportunities for advisors, and make selling and managing tours as seamless as possible.
Benefits for Travel Advisors
Advisor-First Marketing Support
We provide promotional emails and materials that may be sent directly to guests. These communications always reinforce the advisor relationship, clearly instructing guests to contact their travel advisor for details and booking. The advisor’s name and contact information are included, and participation in guest-facing marketing is optional.
New Guest Referrals
When travelers discover one of our tours on our website, they are guided to work with a registered travel advisor rather than booking direct. New inquiries are routed to advisors based on location and familiarity with our programs, ensuring opportunities are shared with the advisor community.
Advisor Training & Familiarity
Advisors have the opportunity to complete our online training program, designed to provide a clear understanding of our tours and how to confidently present them to clients. Advisors who complete the training receive increased visibility when guests are matched with or recommended to an advisor. Additional details are available within the training module.
Experience Matters
Advisors who have previously booked guests on our tours are recognized for their experience. Familiarity gained through real bookings helps ensure guests are connected with advisors who understand our programs and can best support their travel plans.
Advisor Relationship Protection
We are committed to protecting the advisor–client relationship. We do not sell direct, we do not compete with advisors, and we never redirect guests away from the advisor who serves them. Our role is to support advisors, not replace them.

Travel Advisors (Affiliated with a Host Agency)
This option is for travel advisors who work as independent contractors under a host agency.
Select this option if you:
- Operate under a host agency
- Do not hold your own IATA, CLIA, ARC, or booking credentials
- Book travel using your host agency’s credentials
Host agency verification is required as part of the registration process.
Host Agencies & Independent Agencies
This option is for agencies registering their organization or advisors who operate independently.
Select this option if you are:
- A host agency registering your agency
- An agency with your own IATA, CLIA, ARC, or booking credentials
- An independent agency not affiliated with a host
Credential verification is required as part of the registration process.
